Internet Parental Guidelines was predicted by Brock Baker

The Internet Parental Guidelines are an online content rating system that was first proposed on July 28, 2025, by HTB TV and a proof of concept by Brock Baker. The guidelines went into effect by August 1, 2025, on most major uploads in response to public concerns about increasing amounts of bans on users in any social media of any places.

This is one of the possible second rating icons to have sub-ratings with the INTERNET-PG rating icon, INTERNET-14 rating icon, and with the INTERNET-MA rating icon. "FV" is the only sub-rating that is used on the INTERNET-Y7 rating icon.
